Frequently Asked Questions
Our newsletter writing service comes at no cost. We offset our time and expenses by including limited vendor advertising in your newsletter. Offering vendors the opportunity to support your association through access to your members builds member value and fosters long-term relationships with your ever-important vendors.
Eric Peters, copy editor for Newsletter Grill, will establish strong, working relationships with your key association members in order to create a pipeline of regular information about the association’s events, announcements, committee updates, etc. Additionally, Eric will work collaboratively with association members, vendors, lobbying personnel, and legislators for interviews, quotes, and relevant news information. The resulting news, events and personality pieces will be presented as a proof to you, and published upon association approval. The finished newsletter becomes yours to own, distribute and to archive on your association’s website if you chose.
Newsletters increase membership participation in associations because regularly issued newsletters get members talking and sharing information about upcoming events, member profiles, and featured articles. This increase in communication with, and among, members fosters a greater sense of belong…to their association.Â
Our past experience tells us that our writing service is so straightforward and the obligations of either party so few that a simple, trusting approach by both parties has worked well. However, if you desire a contract, one can be provided with any provisions you deem appropriate.
